Humoral mediated immunity

  • Antigen type is mostly against exogenous antigens
  • Lymphocytes involved are mainly B cells and Th2 cells
  • Transferred through serum

Cell mediated immunity

  • Antigen type is mostly against endogenous antigens
  • Lymphocytes involved are mainly T cytotoxic and Th1
  • Transferred through Cells
